About Me
Hi, I'm Bruna.
"My philosophy is simple: sustainable health is built through structure, patience, and consistent habits — not extremes."
I’m a finance professional by trade — long hours, high pressure, and the constant juggle of trying to eat well, sleep enough, and stay active when everything else demands priority. I know firsthand what it feels like when health becomes the thing you’ll ‘get to eventually.’ Health coaching isn’t my escape from that world — it’s what I built because I needed it myself.
My relationship with health and nutrition goes back much further than most. I grew up playing sports and seeing an endocrinologist regularly — which meant I was learning about nutrition, hormones, and how the body works long before most people think about any of it. Coaching formalised something I had been living and learning for most of my life.
The Program
12-Week Health & Nutrition Coaching
A structured, personalised program built around habit-based, sustainable change. Not a crash diet. Not a generic meal plan. Education, accountability, and holistic support.
Weeks 1–3
Foundations
Full lifestyle assessment, clear 12-week outcome defined, and establishing core habits — protein, fibre, hydration, daily movement, sleep and stress stabilisation.
Weeks 4–7
Building Consistency
Nutrition structure and portion guidance, resistance training introduction or refinement, navigating environmental and emotional triggers, with a midpoint progress review.
Weeks 8–10
Sustain & Optimise
Fine-tuning nutrition and training, improving recovery and energy management, and getting back on track when routines fall out of rhythm.
Weeks 11–12
Autonomy & Sustainability
Independent implementation, a personalised long-term maintenance plan, final progress review, and a clear 3-month forward plan so you leave confident.
How It Works
From sign-up to lasting change
Here is exactly what happens from the moment you sign up through to the end of the program.
Agreement & Onboarding
You receive the Coaching Agreement to read and sign, along with a Pre-Program Intake Questionnaire to complete before your first session.
Week 1 — Getting to Know You
A 60-minute session to explore your lifestyle, habits, and goals. You leave with your tracking template and your first small action steps.
Weeks 2–11 — The Program
A mix of deeper check-in sessions and shorter pulse checks. Each session reviews your logs, tracks progress, adjusts the plan, and builds on what is working.
Week 12 — Closing Session
We review the full journey, celebrate your progress, and I hand you a personalised maintenance plan so you leave with a clear path forward.
After the Program
An optional follow-up check-in at Week 16 to see how you are tracking independently. No ongoing dependency required.
